Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation Policy:
To guarantee a room, guests must pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total stay. If a cancellation is more than 30 days before the reservation date, the deposit is refunded less the cost of one night per room reserved. Any cancellation less than 30 days, and the deposit is non-refundable. The hotel has no obligation to give any credit to guests if they leave early. In the case of early departure, 100% of food and beverage charges are due.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy:
If you desire earlier check-in or later check-out, notify the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. More advance notice is better. We will always try to accommodate your request, but obviously it depends on reservation activity before and after your stay. If we are unable to accommodate your request, you are welcome to enjoy the facilities and keep your bags at the reception.
Pet Policy:
Todo Bien is a dog-friendly hotel for well-behaved dogs and well-behaved dog owners. However, not all our rooms are appropriate for dogs, and they are only permitted in some rooms. If you want to bring your dog (maximum 30 kilos or 70 pounds), it's essential to contact the hotel in advance to confirm that the room you reserved allows dogs. Email manager@hoteltodobien.com. If you bring your dog, $20 per day will be charged to your account, along with a refundable deposit. You will also be asked to sign our Pet Deposit Agreement at check-in.
Note: Pets are not allowed when renting private homes in the resort.
Act of God Policy:
At the Hotel’s sole determination, you will receive a credit for a future stay. The spirit of this policy refers to natural disasters only, not lack of wind or travel complications due to airlines or itinerary changes. We encourage guests to buy travel insurance.
Credit Policy:
Hotel credits, when applicable, are non-transferable and apply to room fees only, not food & beverage. Any credits are valid for 12 months or less from the issuance date.
If you are using a prior credit, please book your room online and pay the normal 50% deposit. The front-desk will apply the credit to your final room charge at check-out.

No outside alcohol allowed in the restaurant, hot tub or pool area.
No glass allowed around the pool or hot tub area.
Free parking on resort property.
This is a smoke-free hotel.
