Todo Bien Residential Projects
The Todo Bien development team brings decades of experience planning, building, and operating residential and hospitality projects in both the United States and Baja California Sur. Our focus is on disciplined execution, thoughtful design, and long-term stewardship of the properties we create.
Our approach is defined by:
- Proven development experience, including complex residential and commercial projects in the U.S. and in La Ventana.
- Deep local knowledge, built through more than 20 years of continuous work and relationships in the community.
- An in-house construction team that directly performs and manages the majority of project work.
- Established relationships with trusted local subcontractors, used selectively where specialized expertise is required.
- An integrated hospitality and property management platform allowing us to offer resort-level amenities and professional management services exclusively to projects we develop.
We currently have multiple projects at different stages of development.
Todo Bien Condos
This project consists of six two-bedroom condominium residences, each approximately 1,500 square feet (140 square meters), located adjacent to Hotel Todo Bien. Owners enjoy full access to hotel amenities, professional on-site management, and deeded private beach access through the hotel property.

Candelilla Condominium Residences
Candelilla is a 22-residence condominium community offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes, along with shared amenities including a pool, hot tub, gym, and outdoor gathering spaces. Candelilla occupies a prominent south-of-town site, with elevated topography providing panoramic views east toward La Ventana Bay and Isla Cerralvo, and west toward the desert landscape and Sierra Cacachilas mountains.

Priority Reservation Program
We are now accepting non-binding reservation agreements to establish a priority list. Once construction permits are issued, reservation holders will be contacted in order and offered the opportunity to enter a formal purchase agreement at that time. The reservation agreement:
- Is non-binding
- Carries no risk to the purchaser
- Requires a fully refundable $1,000 USD deposit, held in a dedicated account and refundable at any time for any reason
Altamira Villa #4 - For Sale
