Candelilla Condominium Residences
Candelilla is a residential community offering a mix of one- and two-bedroom condominium homes, with a full suite of shared amenities including pool, hot tub, gym, yoga space, BBQ and more.
Candelilla occupies a prominent site near the south entrance of La Ventana, with elevated topography that delivers expansive, panoramic views in all directions, yet still a quick walk to the sandy shores of south beach.

A non-binding reservation agreement secures your place on a priority list to select a unit later in the process.
Once construction permits are issued (anticipated late 2026), reservation holders will be the first to receive pricing and full project details. At that time, formal contracts will be offered in the order reservation agreements were received.
A fully refundable $500 USD deposit secures your position on the reservation list.
You may cancel your reservation at any time for any reason, and the full deposit will be returned to you within ten (10) business days
